The Manufacturing Engineer will work in the Front End of business helping to launch new programs to succeed in production. This person will design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance personnel regarding product tooling and fixture design to ensure effective production methods
Analyze manufacturing process flows and utilize continuous improvement methods to impact quality, cost reduction, and throughput
Design and develop manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost
Create and maintain accurate documentation of tool drawings, design concepts, shop orders, and concepts
General RFQ's for new equipment construction and provide input on selection of outside vendors to optimally meet cost, timing and quality objectives.
Utilize 8D problem solving techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
Coordinate work with tool room personnel, assigned technicians, and outside vendors

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering (or equivalent) preferred
Five
years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within the automotive industry
Launch experience required
Experience working with new designs, equipment fabrication, line lay outs, and line balancing
Ability to work with minimal direction, as well as consult with customers providing excellent communication skills
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plan experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
