IT Travel Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bronx, NY
Possession of a Secret Security Clearance with SSBI is required as a condition for employment.
The Big Picture:
- The standard work week is 40 hours within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)
- 8 hours a day with zero OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide general desktop support.
- All RESFOR Remote Site Support Technicians will be supporting:
- Advanced Active Directory
- Common Access Card (CAC)
- Microsoft products (specifically XP Operating Systems)
- Printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
- Please note that all technicians will be trained on SM7 for incident reporting
- Work with minimal direction
- Quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma minimum
- Two to four (2-4) years of experience required
- Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat) Final Secret or better clearance
- Security
Certified
- Knowledge of Navy customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior
- military experience is helpful)
- Exceptional customer support skills
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- All applicants must be able to travel on short notice and consistently up to 90% of the month.
