6 years in a BSA lead role leading large complex and time box projects including Global enterprise project.
Ability to conduct/lead workshop sessions and elicit business vision and scope directives from key stakeholders
Ability to take a holistic view of the Property and Energy Underwriting process and define a detailed process roadmap.
Ability to work independently to perform Detailed Business Process and Data Analysis for Reporting functions.
Ability to work closely with project stakeholders for the support and maintenance of past releases and exposure to release management
processes.
Expand on Sub Business processes as identified in Business System concept Document prepared during Discovery phase
Data Analysis: executing data queries and performing data research (via MS Access, PL/SQL, or the equivalent) to define detailed reporting requirement for development
Ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and during business & technical discussions & presentations.
Ability to perform under rigorous schedules and coordinate with onsite (US) and offshore (ASIA) development teams.
Hands-on experience with a full systems life cycle methodology from Requirements Analysis to User Acceptance Testing.
Optional: Property underwriting Insurance business domain experience (any combination of P&C products).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the development team, management, business users, other IT systems owners and DA/DBA group.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) used in daily interaction with the Business, CTO and Technical team.

Optional: Prior experience in top tier consulting firms a plus and on a similar Global project.
Mandatory: Minimum three years experience in gathering requirements for PEGA project.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for organizing and scheduling business requirements analysis tasks with the Business including conducting JAD sessions.
Drive interviews with business SME's to collate functional requirements
Work with Business/IT SMEs and Solution Architect to draft the Program roadmap.
Work closely with development team and business to do the analysis for the change requests needed for the past release and plan it for the next releases.
Assist in the development of Source to Target Mappings for PEGA and Cognos based reporting functions
Develop requirements artifacts - functional architecture, high-level requirements (i.e. system features) and use case inventory
Provide support in documenting all the functional deliverables (like High-level requirements, Use case Inventory)
Define Test Strategy to cover extensive data and user interface testing; Review test strategy with business and IT teams to prepare an exhaustive Test Plan.
Create System and Integration Test Cases and Test Data
Plan, document, conduct and conclude with test results the Testing activities - QA and UAT. This includes preparing the Test Strategy, Test cases and organizing the UAT sessions
Primary owner of all the business and functional artifacts for a large scale project (in line with CMM Methodology) as per PMO guidelines
Responsible for Task planning, conducting meetings with business users and system teams and Weekly Status reporting during the entire lifecycle of the project Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
