LABORERS
This is an entry-level in the Burnside area, hourly position. Laborer is expected to perform a variety of jobs, tasks or duties as assigned. Must be willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed. Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude. Must have a safe working attitude, learn and follow written rules and procedures. Laborers must have the ability to climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights, and work in hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment. Laborers must show a willingness to learn functions outside of the general laborer duties to help fill in for temporary or permanent vacancies in other jobs.
