Due to growth in our business we are searching for a Business Analyst.
Business Analyst Roles & Responsibilities - Indigo and Inkjet Press Solutions, Americas
Drive go to market business analysis and reporting
Develop and maintain analyses of key business indicators, beyond the P&L; , to identify trends, explain P&L; results, and drive forecasting
Develop forecasts with sensitivity analyses based on different assumptions around market growth, product portfolio, pricing, competitive situation, sales force deployment, etc.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance understanding of business drivers
Lead ad hoc projects for senior management, engaging with sales, and other functions, and present findings and recommendations to management
Participate in annual goal-setting process for the business
Partner with counterparts in WW positions and across functions (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc) to align on both Strategic and Operational goals for the coming year
Document critical assumptions, identify areas of risk and mitigation plans
Identify and explain gaps between tops-down goals and bottoms-up forecast
Participate in quota deployment and tracking
Prepare scenarios around sales force deployment; project commissions based on historical statistical distribution; year-over-year growth rates and trends
Summarize any roadblocks for tactical execution and escalate to management as needed
Partner with Sales Program Manager to track results and performance vs. quota across the organization, down to rep-level as needed
Manage monthly dashboard of key performance indicators including, but not limited to :
Supply & demand operational plan
business growth and performance by segment and by products
return on marketing investment
impact of promotional activity
performance of sales managers and reps v. deployed quotas and operational goals
Identify major risks or gaps and help define strategic issues for deeper exploration
Propose solutions to address any potential issues
Lead Market Sizing/Share process for the business
Become subject-matter-expert around overall market and industry trends, including activities by competitors
Partner with WW organization to create and publish an aligned Market Size Forecast and market share goals
Explain the story behind the numbers in detail to explain deviations (favorable or unfavorable) from goals

Ability to work independently with minimal direction from management
Ability to prioritize deliverables to maximize effectiveness given bandwidth constraints

Comfortable in a sometimes ambiguous work environment, at times with senior-level management
Ability to influence individuals and teams without direct line of authority
Highly proficient in data analysis using Excel and integrating various data sources
Proficient in explaining analyses in visuals and writing
Understand interests and incentives of different stakeholders and adapt to your audience in delivering information
