Founded in 1998 with one truck, one trailer and one driver, this transportation company has quickly grown and now services multiple clients throughout the Midwest. Due to expansion they are currently seeking CDL-A Company Drivers to work out of their terminal in Romulus, MI. They offer competitive wages and benefits in a supportive, diverse work environment.
Overview
Drivers haul automotive parts via dry van to manufacturing plants and logistics centers. Dedicated customer base and dedicated routes. Freight is no-touch, combination drop & hook and live load/unload. Drivers average 1-2 stops per load. Two shifts/schedules available: Wednesday-Saturday 4:30 p.m.-3:30 a.m. or Monday and Tuesday 4:30 p.m.-3:30 a.m. & Friday and Saturday 4:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Schedule is a 4-day workweek with the option to work 5th and 6th day. Drivers average 56 hours per week. OT paid after 45 hours. Paid training.
Compensation
$15.00-$16.00 per hour to start depending on schedule
$940 per week average
