Position Summary
Repair and maintenance of all VGT gaming machines, servers and associated
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(These essential functions are only illustrative)
o Overall repair and maintenance of all VGT machines, servers and associated equipment.
o Cleans and performs preventive maintenance on VGT player terminals, VGT POS stations, routers, switches, and servers as needed.
o Troubleshoots, replaces and installs parts on all VGT gaming machines in accordance with gaming regulations.
o Follows all VGT and Casino policies and procedures for equipment operations and repair.
o Produces daily and weekly reports for time, mileage, inventory and makes entries daily in VGT's maintenance tracking program.
o Performs other duties as assigned
o Follows all VGT policies and procedures as outlined in the VGT handbook.
o Associates will be required to apply for and obtain gaming license for the various tribes and casinos within and possibly outside of their home districts.
Knowledge/Skills Required
The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
o Minimum of one year basic electronics skills
o Ability to use and understand electronic measuring devices such as Digital Multimeters and Network Cable Testers.
o Computer skills to include, troubleshooting, component installation / repair and networking basics.
Education, Training and Experience
o High School diploma or equivalent
o Trade school certification for PC hardware preferred
o One to two years of experience servicing computers, or gaming equipment maintenance experience.
o Basic skills in Microsoft operating systems and programs i.e. Windows XP, 2003 Server, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
