Job Description:
Under the direction of the Training Manager, responsible for developing training curriculum, courseware and tools for instructor-led, workshop and web-based training for end-users and OneLink staff to successfully utilize PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Finance Modules Position may also work with training contractors from outside firms and may take a lead role on training as s/he interacts with deployment team members who will be delivering some of the training during deployment. Responsibilities:
Develops train-the-trainer materials, reference guides, reference cards and job aids Identifies and implements improvements in training curriculum and courseware using standard testing methods, needs analysis, and methods of redesigning training programs Maintains training materials Provides training as needed to end-users, project team, and other stakeholders Theory, teaching experience, and demonstrated competence in presenting training courses, is a must Responsible for assessing, planning, designing, developing and implementing OneLink and related Legacy system training curriculum and courseware for end-users and staff Apply project management methodology to the instructional design process, including assessment, job analysis, course design and development Build and maintain the training database for all PeopleSoft OneLink systems Web-based learning: develop and execute web based learning strategies under the direction of the training manager Design, conduct and evaluate post instruction outcomes using current learning evaluation methods Deliver instructor-led and long-distance training to trainers, end-users and staff who support OneLink as needed
Required Skills (Must Have):
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, Communication or related field or equivalent experience required Master's degree preferred Experience as curriculum developer and trainer for PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Finance modules (candidates without this will be rejected) 7
years' experience in managing the development of learning projects or equivalent experience required including instructional design, course development, database build and management, project management, and in using computer based tools in the development and delivery of learning and knowledge management projects preferred Knowledge of PeopleSoft Procurement, Inventory, ePro, General Ledger Accounts Payable, Grants, or Project Costing Knowledge and hands-on use with PeopleSoft UPK Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective interpersonal and team work skills Able to work with and train people with a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills and backgrounds Demonstrated experience in consulting, project management and coaching Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) Lotus Notes Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphics-for-web tools Knowledge of and experience working with one or more of the following tools:
Photoshop, Screen captures, Flash 5, and DreamWeaver WBT/CBT course development
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Working knowledge of Ariba Buyer Proficiency in HTML, WebEx, Authorware and Placeware and applications on the InternetEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
