Housing Manager Golden Manor Assisted Living in Detroit Lakes is looking to fill a full time Housing Manager position. Manager will be responsible for services that include: staff supervisor, hiring, employee orientation, schedules, ongoing audits, customer service for residents and resident family members, oversight of facility operations, marketing, public relations, budget/financial management, and occasional direct resident care. This position will be on call.Supervisory experience preferred. Nursing education or Human Service degree preferred.Preference will be given to individuals who have experience in managing staff, administration, or the practice of assisted living services in a residential setting.Competitive Salary, Paid Time Off, Cell phone reimbursement, Health, Dental & Life insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Colonial Life and 401k available.
