ROLES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide appropriate/accurate technical information
Research and respond to questions/inquiries
Create and maintain documentation according to standard operation procedures/protocols
Identify and record adverse events and product complaints
Interpret client provided technical letters
Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a science/health-related filed
1
years of relevant medical experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry with responsibilities involving counseling or providing medical information
Pharmacy Technician background with a PTCB certification and 6
months of experience
Solid communication, customer service, computer and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
