MenorahParkCenter for Senior Living is Northeast Ohio's largest senior living campus. The Maintenance Person is an essential part of our team and will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of numerous items and systems within the facility. Duties will include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
Essential Qualification
Three years experience in general building maintenance, preferably in a health care setting. Three years experience with boiler operation. Ability to work well independently as well as in conjunction with others both inside and outside of the department. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of members of the healthcare team. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record in accordance with current insurance underwriting standards. Must be physically able to lift objects in excess of 50 lbs. Must be reliable and able to report to work as scheduled. Must be available to work overtime as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
