Summary:
This position designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications. The Technical Team Lead is responsible for achieving project delivery milestones; may provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
This position includes the following duties. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Assist in developing internal and external meeting objectives and agendas and publish minutes.
Works with PM, Project Lead, BSA and other team members to ensure translation of business and functional requirements into systems architecture and detailed design.
Propose technical solutions based on project scope and schedule.
Manage time to ensure deliverables to the project schedule.
Assist PM with managing customer expectations and satisfaction.
Keeps developers on task.
Provide accurate status reporting of tasks.
Ensure quality of code is in compliance with coding standards.
Comply with change control and release management policies and procedures.
Participate in weekly project status meetings to review activities from the various functional teams and ensure efficient coordination, as well as raise issues/concerns/risks, as necessary.
Develop business opportunities by indentifying ideas and features to be included in next release.
Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas of responsibility.

Essential Functions:
Apply strong Oracle 10g/11g PL/SQL experience to Design, modify, develop, and implement enterprise solutions.
Analyze and translate requirements into technical specifications.
Supports and/or installs software applications.
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
May report to a team lead or Architect.
Demonstrates hands-on experience in full development life cycle of enterprise scaled software applications utilizing Oracle technologies including PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle 10g/11g database Server, and Reports.
Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance during core business hours.
Demonstrates solid working relationships with other developers, QA, the project management team, and business analyst.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA/MA is desired.
Demonstrated experience with Oracle technologies including PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle 10g/11g database Server, and Reports. Knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse Builder, ETL, JSP, Java, Servlets, JDBC, and Crystal Reports 2008 is a plus.
At least 6-8 years of experience in system analysis, design, and implementation of web-based applications.
Experience following a formal SDLC process is a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
