F5 Security Engineer

We are looking for an F5 Security Engineer.
This can be a contract to hire or permanent position.
Position is located in Oak Brook and agreed salary: $105,000 - $115,000
20% bonus (Max $120,000)
IT F5 Security Engineer
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field required Security certifications strongly desired (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)

years hands-on full lifecycle security engineering experience - including research, design, build, deploy, operate, and support phases - in a large, dynamic corporate setting
Experience working alongside and/or overseeing managed service providers preferred
Strong foundational understanding of networking infrastructure concepts, technologies, protocols, and solutions expected
Hands-on firewall administration experience required (preferably CheckPoint)
Hands-on load balancer administration experience preferred (preferably F5)
Vulnerability management experience desired (preferably Qualys)
SIEM experience desired
Experience with both on premise and cloud based security solutions preferred
Comfort working across multiple computing platforms (Windows, AIX, AS/400, zOS)
Experience working with enterprise supply chain and financial systems (e.g., SAP) a plus
Ability and desire to research and solve complex business and technology problems
Strong analytical, interpersonal, multi-tasking, negotiations, project management, and communication skills
Will be working with F5 for application gateways, routing devices for servers
Should have experience and be open to doing:
Internal and external security audits
Coming up and analysis on existing security policy design and practices of designs
Policy break/fix
Will be technical and functional
must be VERY analytical with excellent communication skills
Hands on configuration thru implementation experience
investigate their technology - new upgrades and capabilities of new versions if not has experience with that version
