Menu creation and execution.
Budget management with emphasis on COS, and Payroll.
Qualifications:
3 years prior experience managing a successful culinary team.
Culinary training preferred.
Experience in a fast pace environment.
Knowledge with a variety of cuisines.
Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
