Ultimate Responsibility to the Governing Body for the overall management of the offices. Responsible for the effective and efficient use of all resources in carrying out the organization's purpose. Responsible as a liaison between board, staff and community. Responsible for sales management of local sales team.
Will be the leader of an assigned cluster market. (more than 1 office)
Education : Degree in business, health care and nursing or related field. Nursing diploma acceptable.
_Experience_:
Minimum of 3-5 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a home health agency, hospice or other related health program.
Experience in business administration.
_Qualifications_:
Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
Demonstrated ability in program administration including knowledge of home, health care or hospice standards and policies and reimbursement practices.
Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the client, family and staff.
_Travel_:
Necessary on a daily basis; 25-75%
May occasionally require overnight travel.
_Working Conditions_:
Inside, office environment. 25-50%.
Sales/Marketing calls to referral sources, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician offices 50-75%

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
