Serco's National Security Services Business Unit is comprised of over 300 cleared professionals who serve a variety of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense customers who stand on the front lines of defense for our nation. The unit employee's specialists focused on acquisition and program management, systems engineering, cyber security, signals and intelligence analysis, financial management, human capital, and information technology. We also provide our customers a wide range of services including logistics planning, acquisition management and support, third-party logistics, and logistics IT applications.

Job Description:
Manage user profiles, user accounts (new accounts, account modifications, account deletions). Conduct annual inventory of all computers and server software to ensure there are no illegal or unauthorized copies of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) or other software installed. Enforce hardware and software configuration management by ensuring compliance with time-sensitive network configuration instructions and prompt software and operating system updates and patches. Optimizes network configuration settings to ensure optimal computer and network performance. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems. Provides technical interface and liaison to host-base computer network security and configuration management professionals to ensure optimal hardware and software interrelationships. Identifies, reports, and coordinates solutions for network problems. Independently applies extensive knowledge of computer science principles, information management principles, automated data processing (ADP) functions, hardware and software systems' structures and operation to solve automation problems.
Experienced in the Installation and configuration of software and hardware. Experienced in troubleshooting and determining cause of hardware and software failures. Experienced in removal and replacement of components and peripherals to restore system operation. Ability to plan and oversee projects to a successful conclusion. Ability to implement and support Windows 7 Imaging Systems. Experience and understanding of a Windows Active Directory environment, including structure, security, and implementing GPO (Windows Group Policies) for managing Windows-based computers. Knowledge in the area of system backup administration, including managing and maintaining an enterprise backup strategy. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality work. Provide support to resolve customers problems and provide daily technical assistance to personnel; analyze and troubleshot network, hardware, and software issues. Keep accurate DD form 2875; AF form 4394 for all assigned accounts. Experienced in ADPE (Automated Data Processing Equipment). Maintain records for all ADPE i.e.: monitors, computers, printers, Blackberries, peripherals, etc Perform USLM (Unit Software License Management) duties keeping accurate account of all assigned software license.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field, with minimum of 3 years experience. NAC required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
