A minimum of one year med- surg exp in a skilled nursing facility as an RN is the minimum experience required. Wound Care, Orthopedic, Cardio-Pulmonary, and Oncology experience are recommended. Strong assessment and teaching skills are required. This position requires the RN to work independently in the field and strong clinical skills are essential. Applicants with previous certified home care experience are preferred.
A Current New Jersey Nursing License (BLS) Basic Life Support, (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is required and IV Certification is preferred.
Computer knowledge required and previous electronic documentation is preferred.
Must have a valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or Nursing Diploma. A BSN is preferred.
