Job Description:
Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the processes and systems which enable the Firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. The HR functions help the local offices in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm wide vales and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm wide success in the marketplace. Human Resources supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm. The Office of Diversity (OOD) focuses on initiatives and strategies designed to attract, develop and advance the most talented individuals. The National Talent Management Opportunities Diversity team is accountable for making a significant contribution to the management and development of the careers of our diverse talent with a special focus on high performing and high potential professionals. They will work collaboratively (with Line of Service and Market/Sector liaisons, the PwC Office of Diversity and HR) to drive high performance by identifying and promoting challenging client assignments, leadership development, executive coaching and other relevant experiences for exposure and advancement for this talent.

Experience: 5 Minimum Degree: Bachelors degree Additional requirements: Individuals who do not have a completed Bachelors degree, but demonstrates at least 5 years of HR business background as a statistician, with prior success in diversity-related roles may also be considered. All individuals must demonstrate proven success in roles with accomplishing and/or managing the following areas: - Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing on-going reports to leaders and/or relevant stakeholders; - Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets; - Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality; - Identifying process improvement opportunities; - Creating diversity dashboards that allow for more real-time data for key stakeholders, emphasizing providing highly confidential and sensitive diversity-related data statistics that require HR and Diversity aptitude; and - Coming up with solutions based on what the data reveals and bringing recommendations to improve results. Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge of, and success in roles involving, human resources business statistics, analysis, assessments and recommended solutions to support the strategic priorities of a Diversity and Inclusion function, preferably for a global consulting partnership, which includes the following areas: - Conducting extensive, complex, and intricate data analyses with the application of independent judgment to address difficult issues and develop appropriate solution sets related to the execution of a business' talent transformation metrics reporting and reporting for presentation to the firm's senior leadership to prioritize business and information needs; - Evaluating real-time data and provide markets, lines of service and business units with analyses; and/or - Identifying proactively and highlighting gaps, collaborating with leaders for solutions. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven extensive abilities to collect, analyze, integrate, interpret and disseminate complex data that provides data analytics solutions for talent management, including the following areas: - Utilizing organizational behavior and business advisory skills, particularly as it relates to performing within a global consulting partnership; - Performing complex quantitative and qualitative data analyses, including regression analyses, data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques; - Utilizing reporting packages, i.e. Business Objects, databases, i.e. SQL, programming, XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks, and statistical packages, Excel, SPSS, SAS etc., for analyzing large datasets; - Performing and conducting data queries, writing reports, and presenting findings--including the creation and delivery of leadership presentations to present analysis and recommendations--using the Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; - Leveraging interpersonal, collaboration and negotiation skills to build consensus and communicate messages, as well as, influence others and gain alignment with multiple stakeholders Demonstrates extensive abilities to work independently, and as a team leader: managing and securing highly confidential and propriety data, communicating effectively across cultures, create an atmosphere of trust and managing relationships with experienced Managers, Directors and leaders within Human Capital and the firm's senior leaders.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
