Specific Duties:
Enter Standard and Custom Orders.
Prepares Vendor Purchase Orders for Special Hardware as required on orders
Maintenance of transaction files and records
Match Inventory shipment paperwork with open orders
Mailing and Distributing AAA's and MRA's
Research shipment and paperwork with open orders
Maintain incoming and outgoing fax machines
Bill and audit shipments
Miscellaneous clerical support for the customer service reps
Prepare Submittal packages

Qualifications:
High school diploma
Good organization habits with a conscientious work attitude
Strong PC skills, Excel a must.
Excellent communication and phone skills
Good secretarial skills
Maintain good relationship with customers
Excellent attendance
