Responsible for the translation and construction of complex business problems into sound technical solutions; provide technical and architectural direction to the software development team; ensure that development efforts are adhering to analysis, design, and development standards; provide insight and guidance on overall system design; responsible for business object architecture and application technical architecture; document and communicate architectural requirements.
This person will be assigned to the DLS Modernization project which will be utilizing the SCRUM/Agile development life cycle process and duration will be 6 to 12 months with a possible contract to hire.
Major roles and responsibilities for this position include:
Works with DLS Modernization Project team and DLS end users customers to document all contents of meeting outcomes.
Will be responsible to create a technical requirements document usable by web development staff.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and the natural ability to communicate effectively internally and externally. Develop relationships, with both technical and non-technical personnel and in a confident and friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills as an interviewer and analyst; must be a keen listener.
Excellent writing skills must enjoy the writing process.
Knowledgeable in formal communication methodology such as information mapping.
Experience in Scrum is a plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
Knowledge of mainframe, web-based and, Oracle database applications, as well as familiarity with the tools, utilities and environments that support programming and software development of large, complex systems.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
