Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement Process Assistants (CIPA), Audio Team Members (ATM)
Essential
Responsibilities:
Administers the production schedule for the plant's processes to affect lower WIP inventories, more economical labor costs, JIT programs and better utilization of existing facilities.
Be responsible for creating annual budgets for the department managed. Monitor and control spending to achieve or exceed the plan.
Develop and implement programs to reduce scrap and improve productivity.
Assist in production planning. Coordinate the production activities of the department with the rest of the facility and maintain schedules to achieve a high level of customer service.
Assure compliance to all work methods and processes that are contained in the HBAS quality system.
Identify areas for quality improvement and initiate problem solving activities to improve quality performance.
Maintain departments so that they are in a state of readiness for customer visits and audits.
Identify training needs, help develop training programs and assist in training of hourly team members.
Establish an environment conducive to team member participation and facilitate the development of self-managed work teams.
Conduct periodic audits of work teams to determine their needs and effectiveness.
Develop programs to elicit and implement the suggestions of team members.
Be responsible for the appropriate implementation of the labor policies and regulations in the departments managed.
Participate in the hiring process of the hourly team members.
Other Duties
Completes other related duties as assigned by the manager.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field.
Engineering degree preferred.
Three years related experience in a repetitive manufacturing environment.
None required. Must have a high proficiency in current corporate package of software applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
