Summary:
The Product Management Specialist will participate actively in our profitable growth strategy by assisting in the development and analysis of data and reports on markets, products and future trends that translate into business and product development decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implements product strategy, including market direction, product position, product enhancements and pricing
Monitors external conditions, including markets, competition, demographics and regulations to ensure products meet customer needs while maintaining market competitiveness and profitability
Assists in the implementation and tracking of retention programs, cross-sell targets and measurement tools, tracks defection and mitigates risks for potential customer defection
Maintains deposit product specifications and manual
Conducts regular and ad hoc analysis regarding all aspects of deposit growth and attainment of product targets
Assists in the execution of programs to drive customers to self service channels, including ATMs, On-Line Banking, Mobile Banking and E-Statements
Tests and manages the use of alternative channels for delivery of marketing messages, including digital media
Creation of advertisements for local publications and community promotions
Liaison and internal point of contact between Evans personnel and community not-for-profits regarding the coordination of community involvement
Ordering, inventory control and organization of all collateral and promotional items
Preparation and coordination of materials for trade show events
Budget tracking, invoice processing and file management for marketing expenditures
Vendor management and purchase order processing
Assist with presentations and event coordination
Performs other duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent degree/experience.
2-4 years of experience in Product Management strongly preferred.
Skills:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and meet simultaneous deadlines.
Ability to adapt to constantly evolving and changing organizational priorities.
Independent, creative self-starter.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Strong marketing, business and technical aptitude
