Drive the development, evaluation, and implementation of health care provider services and new or enhanced pay for performance initiatives. Work with Contracting, Clinical Program Development, Product, and IT organizations to implement programs. Must have requisite healthcare analytics content knowledge to drive the evaluation of physicians and facilities (their efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction outcomes from various program initiatives). Work closely with provider and contracting leadership to help them understand what is working and what is not working with regard to innovative contract designs. Interface with management teams and provider groups to shape program design, evaluation requirements, and support infrastructure development, including writing and updating the specifications for provider-focused reporting and defining data warehouse requirements. Requires Masters degree in Biostatistics, Pharmacy Administration, or a related field and two years of post-graduate experience (or Bachelors degree in Biostatistics, Pharmacy Administration, or related field and 5 years of related post-degree experience) in healthcare analytics research.
