The Reverse Logistics Analyst will execute according to the compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls throughtout the company pertaining to pending Pick Up and Manifests.
Accountable for creating, reporting on and maintaining a specific region of warehouses for timely release of pending credits to our customers. Working hand in hand with internal departments such as Customer Service, Transportation management, Warehouse staff/directors, and Account Executives located with in their specified region.
Ensuring all perations are functioning in accordance with company procedures while displaying to the highest level of customer service.
Education - Bachelors degree: prefer a degree in Operations, Supply chain, Communications, management, Teaching or experience in related fields is highly desired.
Experience (minimum needed) - 1-2 years of customer service, quality assurance or related skills. 1-2 years of warehouse, operations or related fields. Excel, word suite.
