Creative Foam's facility in Athens, TN has an outstanding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative reporting to the Director of Operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Managing customer orders/releases on a daily basis
Receive and enter new PO's and ensure accuracy of all new PO's
Daily management of several customer databases for releases, quality and shipping information
Requirements:
Customer Service in a manufacturing environment (Automotive experience a plus)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) PLEX experience beneficial
Strong communication skills
