2ND Shift Production Supervisor opportunity in Grenada, MS. Candidate should possess 2-5 years experience in Production Supervision. Company manufacturers heat transfer equipment and any prior experience with Coils; HVAC; refrigeration units; condensers; fluid coolers; etc. will be highly desired. Good experience in Supervision; Lean Manufacturing, Quality and Safety is a plus. AA or AS Degree desired.
Responsibilities will include: Leading the second shift team; Handle personnel issues; Cost Center Safety, Quality and Productivity Performance objectives; Evaluating/coordinating training needs and initiatives of work team; disciplinary measures as needed;
Performance Evaluations; assessing/recommending staffing requirements while maintaining budgeted resources to maximize production output; Operate within expense budget; Daily scheduling and effective resource allocation; Monitor work team progress in 5 critical areas: Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity and Managing Employee Performance and overall Production Supervision duties and responsibilities.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
