The Level 2 Product Support Specialist maintains the highest level of quality support by resolving issues with owners, crew members, and technicians in a timely manner. This will be accomplished by using inherit knowledge, working closely with other team members, and with vendors to continually exceed service levels and product satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Director of Product Support.
DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and address all incoming support calls and emails (on jobsite when necessary) from both internal and external customers
Assist customers with basic set up and administrative issues
Perform remote analysis and diagnosis of customer issues and recommend corrective solutions
Effectively troubleshoot, resolve, and properly document support calls/cases
Resolve assigned issues or requests and follow up with customer to ensure no further issues need to be attended
Document solutions for future knowledge-based training
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Airframe & Powerplant License
3-5 years of related experience
Williams Engines and Beechjet experience
Proline 21 experience is preferred but not necessary
Good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations

Must be a team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others while maintaining a positive attitude

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills that promotes and fosters a team culture
Possess excellent organizational skills, and communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and Windows environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
