Project Team Manager
DTZ has an immediate opening for a Project Team Manager based in Blair, NE, but with management responsibilities in several locations throughout the US. This position requires approximately 75% travel.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Manages the tasks and activities of the project team in various locations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
Team member must be able to work and supervise personnel in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. Safety First expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, managing Project Team operations of the customer's facilities and assures contractual obligations are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
Includes primary responsibility for financial and operational performance, safety/health, employee relations, and customer satisfaction for Project Management.
Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and must exercise good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Acts as the central point of contact for all project maintenance assets, equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
Must be experienced in computer technical language and PC skills (BAC, MS Word, MS Projects, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to work independently.
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
Employee will perform any and all other duties that are assigned by the responsible supervisor.

Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning.
Communications with all team members to support the development of short and long range planning in support of the company's goals and objectives

Qualifications:
Education:Bachelors Degree in related field. Have or be able to obtain certification in Project Management
Experience:7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in integrated facility services in an industrial environment. Military experience in a related field.
