Providing direction, development and support to direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, assignments and continuous improvement projects and initiatives;
Responsibility for achieving productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety and employee engagement objectives through both individual and team contributions.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; Business, Food Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of experience in a food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industry;
Must have experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment;
Good knowledge of quality regulatory requirements: GMP, AIB, FDA;
Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and improve methods through standard work;
TPM;
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, training and coaching skills;
Able and willing to work all shifts or alternate work schedule as needed to include weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
