Description:
Cleanup of Indiana districts in SAP Enterprise Asset Management System
Identify Equipment that need replaced, installed, or retired in SAP
Work closely with GIS Department to update Distribution Equipment in GIS
Work in OpenText to attach record cards to Equipments
Identify Functional Locations that need retired or added in SAP by excel forms
Identify Maintenance Plans that need updated or added to SAP by excel forms
Fix Dynamic tables on existing Maintenance Plans
Proficient in creating notifications, work orders, and equipment
Possible training opportunity to districts of notifications and work orders
Creation of forms for management after cleanup completed
Any other district projects with Enterprise Asset Management in SAP
Required Skills/Degree:
2 year degree preferred
SAP Certification preferred
1 -2 years experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management System preferred but not required (any Asset Management Software Experience is good)
Experience in Water Utilities a plus
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Very good communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
