Overview:
The Senior Project Engineer provides analysis and systems integration support for installation and operation of unique conventional, unconventional and sensitive-in-nature land-mobile and airborne Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) telecommunications systems, services and equipment on C-130, C-17 and other low density, highly specialized aircraft in support of the Special Operations Force (SOF).

Responsibilities:
The position requires the candidate to have a thorough knowledge of RF technology and of IP network concepts to evaluate and recommend technology solutions as necessary. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work and travel on fluid and flexible schedules, CONUS and OCONUS.
Provide technical guidance for rapidly evolving SOF-unique communications programs and architectures that interface across partner nations, sister services and national level agencies.

Conduct research for improvement and deployment of DoD aeronautical telecommunications systems, programs and projects.

Design, install, maintain and configure remote access, special application, executive communications voice, data and VTC packages for use on a wide range of transport medium from any location around the world that provide secure network access from virtually anywhere at any time.

Meet with primary customer-users and systems operators to define requirements and courses of action.

Develop requirements, formalized testing procedures, conduct briefings and write results documentation that help determine strategies to support present and emerging requirement.

Plan and manage installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and configuration management of hardware and software systems including installation of new or modified hardware and software.

Apply broad practical knowledge of satellite systems and their relationship to other telecommunications networks, systems and equipment in order to mitigate characteristics and operational differences with an eye on providing useable secure, remote enterprise connectivity.

Provide subject matter expertise, advice and training to technical personnel responsible for installation, operation and maintenance of equipment and systems. Interpret and apply technical specifications and establish requirements and priorities for current and future communications-electronics programs.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pertinent advancements in commercial- and government-of-the-shelf technologies that might integrate with current capabilities to fill special requirements targeted to support a wide variety of special operations missions, real world scenarios and contingencies.
Qualifications:
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance.
Candidate must possess an Bachelor's Degree in an IT field and five years of experience in systems analysis and design or ten years of experience with no degree. Military experience is preferred but not required.
Other training/certifications preferred: CAPM, PMP, GVF, CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
