Our suburban Philadelphia client is a publicly traded company with an international footprint and is thriving in today's climate. They seek an experienced corporate paralegal. You will have at least 7-10 years' of experience, some of which should be in-house and with a public company. As the sole paralegal for the General Counsel, you must have exceptional organizational skills, be a strong communicator, have excellent writing skills, drafted and reviewed a variety of commercial agreements, done corporate formations, full range of corporate governance, proxy statements, annual reports and corporate filings. You'll also be capable in tracking IP filings, both trademark and patent. It's a new legal department so your ability to put processes and procedures in place would be expected. Great opportunity to take ownership of a key paralegal role in a growing company.
