Frontline Source Group - temporary staffing and direct hire firm - is looking for an Accounting Admin for our Richardson, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.
Summary of Position:
Perform all Administrative function within AX regarding DREs. Work closely with the Service department.
Invoice all shipments to customers on a daily basis. Move towards handling the more complex invoicing of the Services Group.
Cycle count inventory.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts monthly.
Reconcile the open receivers each month
Print the Cash report for Customer Ach deposits to be posted daily.
Assist Admin I in resolving more complex AR and AP duties before escalating to the Accounting Manager
Serve as American Express back up for Accounting Admin I
Cover the receptionist desk when the Accounting Admin I is not in the building and as needed.
Support the Accounting Manager in special projects as needed.
Other Ad-hoc activities needed to support the company
Requirements:
Highschool Diploma
1-5 years of related experience
3
years of ERP system required
AR Experience required
