Our client, a media company just outside of Philadelphia, is seeking a Personal/Executive Assistant to provide support to a busy entrepreneur and their family. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of heavy administrative support experience, experience providing personal support to a high profile family or socialite, and have strong writing and technical skills. Bachelors Degree is required.

Responsibilities:

Heavy calendar management for executive and spouse
Coordinate travel arrangements, both personal and professional
Create detailed itineraries
Coordinate attendance at tradeshows and assist with preparation of all presentations, collateral material, related meetings and events
Take the lead on a wide variety of professional and personal projects
Create reports, presentations, and proposals
Conduct market research
Travel as needed with executive
Interact with professional and personal contacts, including prominent political, business, and community leaders
Responsible for heavy personal support
Plan and coordinate private parties, events and fundraisers as needed


Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree required
3-5 years of administrative support or related experience
Experience with personal support of a prominent executive
Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive nature and ability to work under pressure
Able to work well with a team but also show independent initiative
Good judgment and business acumen
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Flexibility with schedule is required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
