The Account Manager works as part of a Client Care Team
typically consisting of 2 V 5 support personnel, led by a Senior Account Manager, to ensure effective client servicing for a specific book of clients. The AM is accountable for ensuring ongoing customer confidence, loyalty, and endorsement by ensuring Service levels are achieved. Working closely with the Senior Account Manager and
other Care Team members, this role will proactively address client, environment, and industry issues and develop / execute remediation plans. AMs provide client support including but not limited to coordination of customer needs and requests, problem resolution, and maintaining improvement touch points with clients to assure success.
Requirements:
X Bachelors Degree in healthcare, communication, or data related major
X Must be able to deal with ambiguity, operate at a fast pace and cope with change
X Strong project management skillset
X Formal project management training / certification (such as PMP) preferred
X Experience with Microsoft Project preferred
X Client/customer support experience (including creative problem solving)
X Minimum 3 V 5 years related work experience in account management
X Experience in managing multiple client projects within contractual timelines and scope
X Experience with online web-based training software preferred
X Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables
X Microsoft Office Suite experience
X Experience with or knowledge in healthcare improvement and organizational development preferred
X Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
X Data analysis and critical thinking skills
X Exceptional organizational skills
X Able to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers,including capability to inspire client confidenceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
