Ml Capital Group Inc. is looking to hire an Associate, Investor Relations who will be in an interdisciplinary role that bridges investor relations, capital raising, portfolio management, market research and client service with the aim of delivering the firm to investor clients. S/he will report to the head of investor relations and capital markets. This position is based in Fountain Hills, AZ.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide exceptional and timely client service to current and potential investors; Respond to investor inquiries and requests for information.
Draft communications to investors, including quarterly letters and reports, market commentaries, portfolio reporting and general strategy reports.
Prepare marketing and investor materials for existing and potential investors, including pitchbooks, PPMs, Fund offering documents, RFPs and due diligence questionnaires.
Integrate research findings into recommendations of specific investment strategies, products and institutional capital targets.
Work collaboratively with portfolio management, capital markets and senior management to support investor clients in reporting and research.
Assist in the management of the investor closing process, including investor due diligence and asset tours.
Maintain and understand the financial models used to measure fund performance, capital allocation, equity exposure and capital sufficiency. Research investment theses for new real estate markets and products.
Maintain investor CRMdatabase.
As requested, represent Related Fund Management at professional events, client meetings and industry conferences.
Effectively communicate, both internally and externally.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in an investor relations role with an adviser or manager of alternative investment strategies or comparable investment banking prior experience.
Basic knowledge of institutional private fund products and how these vehicles are structured.
Experience interfacing with an institutional client base a plus.
Strong oral communication skills; articulate.
Technological proficiency.
Skilled in research and data collection.
Ability to analyze complex problems involving varying viewpoints and to develop viable solutions.
Strong project management skills, results-driven, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Complex thinker of high intelligence.

Bachelors Degree.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
