A great client is looking for a Oracle HR Business Analyst. This role will be working with Oracle HR, Compensation, Payroll, Paid time off and Benefits modules.
Description:
Business analyst with Oracle HCM suite experience (Oracle HR, Compensation, Payroll, Paid time off and Benefits) and good understanding of data integrations.
Understanding of Human resources business processes is required. Demonstrated ability to facilitate elicitation and analysis of business requirements.
Demonstrated ability to do functional specifications, system configuration and test cases, as well as good knowledge of Oracle EBusiness Suite configuration and concepts.
Strong documentation, facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team member alongside another Business analyst.
Good familiarity and demonstrated experience with Business analysis techniques such as modeling.
The candidate needs to be prepared to provide samples of work to hiring manager.
