SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY
Stack parts coming up the conveyor systems and pack product into boxes to the specified weight/count. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available. 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week plus possible OT.
SECTION 2: SPECIFIC DUTIES
a. Prioritize safety as your #1 responsibility.
b. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
c. Inspect parts for good quality.
d. Remove all defects and place them in the grinder.
e. Pack parts in boxes neatly to the specified weight/count.
f. Move boxes to roller system or slip-sheet when full.
g. Notify Supervisor of any machine, safety or quality problems.
h. Any other duties as required by management.
SECTION 3 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
a. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Repetitive arm lifting and body movement.
b. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL EXERTION:
Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
c. LEVEL OF VISUAL ACUITY:
Must inspect parts for grease, flash, shorts or any other defects.
d. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standing in one place most of the shift.

Must be safety conscious.
Must be quality conscious.
Must have excellent hand and eye coordination.
Must be able to work well with others.
Must be able to follow directions.
First, Second, and Third Shifts AvailableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
