This is an Customer Sales Specialist Trainee (also called
Outside Sales or Account Manager) position that not only offers a base salary, monthly auto allowance, and cell phone reimbursement, but also an outstanding career path.
Title: Customer Sales Specialist Trainee
Base Salary: $34,500
Monthly Stipend: $500
Monthly Auto Allowance: $500
Monthly Cell Phone Reimbursement: $50
All of that equals to $47,100 your first year, or while in
the Trainee title. Depending on performance, you could move out of the Trainee title in as little as 2 months!
As a Trainee, you are NOT afforded the opportunity to make
any commission on sales; however, you will receive the monthly stipend while you're at that level. Once you move to the Customer Sales Specialist role and are no longer a trainee, you are then eligible for the commission structure.
This is a REMOTE opportunity where you would work from home, and go around visiting/managing your accounts. We distrubute highly consumable industrial goods for maintenance, operations and repair (such as nuts, bolts,
nails, adhesives, etc.) We carry between 55,000- 65,000 different products. Our customers vary from automechanic shops to hospitals, etc. Anywhere that has a
maintenance and repair department. On average, 60% of your time would be visiting the customers within a 30 mile radius, checking to ensure they are happy with our services, checking their inventory, placing orders and just
being the face of our company for them. The other 40% would be spent trying to grow the business within existing accounts, and prospecting for new ones.
