Job Summary :
The Data Collector is responsible for implementation of program assessment and outcomes activities in the Advocates Evaluation Center

Essential Functions:
1. Carry out program assessment activities including data collection, data entry and collaboration with Evaluators and Program staff.
2. Work with Evaluation Directors, QM Analyst, QM Senior Directors to set up and maintain dta entry procedures, systems for storing study instrucments, tracking program participants and conducting interviews.
3. Assist with conducting focus groups to elicit client and staff experience.
4. Assist writing reports to funders and stakeholders.
5. Assist in analyzing and disseminating study findings in collaboration with Evaluation Teams, staff and collaborators
6. Assist with training of use of data systems including the Electronic Health Record
7. Participate in division, funder and stakeholder meetings as needed.
8. Ensure that all clients are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates' Way and Human Rights policy.
9. Perform all duties in accordance with the agency's policies and procedures.
10. Strictly follow all agency Performance Standards.

Qualification/Education/
Experience:
1. BA/BS in public health, social science, social work, education, or related field and 1-2 years' experience with data collection and analysis.
2. Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.
3. Training in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
4. Experience collecting GPRA (Government Performance and Results Act) measures preferred.
5. Strong organizational skills.
6. Strong computer skills and working knowledge of databases and analytic tools such as Microsoft Excel and Stata.
7. Commitment to Advocates values and mission.
8. Ability to read and speak English.
9. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere.
10. Must have valid driver's license and access to auto.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
