Cubic Applications, Inc. (CAI), a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Intermediate Course Project Lead to join our professional team providing training and education product management support.
The Intermediate Course Project Lead will lead a team to analyze, review, design and develop resident and nonresident (distance learning) curriculum that is in compliance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and TRADOC Pamphlet 350-70-12 and supports ongoing curriculum redesign of the Civilian Education System (CES) within Army Management Staff College.
Master's Degree in Instructional Design (or related field)
At least 5 years experience in instructional design for adult learners in both online and resident platforms
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with Instructional Design and Courseware Development principles
Proven ability to integrate Web 2.0 and other relevant technologies in to educational strategy
Using a variety of activities and platforms (i.e. performance support apps, peer-based learning, mobile learning, blended learning, virtual training environments, etc) to engage students in the learning process to meet specific objectives and create a learner-centric environment
Proficient in designing and developing learning solutions utilizing some type of formal Learning Management System (LMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to achieve results both as an independent project leader and as part of a team.
Ability to manage, prioritize, schedule and meet project deadlines

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
