This is a Pathway Intern Position. The incumbent assists in updating electrical engineering drawings and collects technical data for inclusion in engineering studies and reports.

Preparing basic Drawings, charts, maps and sketches of equipment related to the distribution system.
Assisting in preparing reports, charts, graphs for presentations of electrical operational.
Researching drawing files for technical information.

_ELIGIBILITY:_
You are eligible if you are currently accepted for enrollment or enrolled in an accredited high school, college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate.

Completed 1 academic year of post-high school study as an engineering student at an ABET accredited college or university.

Completion of 2 academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree.
The required education must lead to a bachelor's degree with specialization in or directly related to the field in which the student trainees will receive training on the job. The degree of specialization in this field must satisfy on graduation the specific educational requirements in the qualification standard for the corresponding two-grade interval positions.

Possess excellent interest and aptitude for learning the Electrical Engineering trade as evidenced by my current enrollment in or acceptance for enrollment in an Electrical Engineering program or have obtained qualifying Electrical Engineering experience.
