Tyler Technologies is seeking applicants for the position of Technical Support Specialist on the forms and reporting team. The Technical Support Specialist provides a full range of technical and functional troubleshooting support to customers of the Tyler Forms software solution and Tyler report writing products.
## Location
Yarmouth, Maine
## Responsibilities
Provide telephone and e-mail support for Tyler customers while prioritizing multiple issues effectively.
Design and write custom reports for customers as directed.
Provide software installation support for Tyler Forms and Tyler Reporting products.
Create user documentation and contribute to company knowledge library.
Work with Munis Crystal Reports, Business Objects Enterprise, and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and become familiar with all Munis modules.
## Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or comparable work experience.
Proficiency using computers and exposure to relational databases or SQL.
Experience with application software in a customer service environment a plus.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Manage multiple technical support calls and issues while providing excellent customer service to clients in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills. Desired Experience
Experience with XML or XSLT is helpful.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
Experience with Business Objects Enterprise and Crystal Reports.
Experience with application software in a customer service environment.
## Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
