Responsibilities:(Description)
Description: Responsible for handling the day-to-day data governance, as well as list processing and other sales related data requests. Fulfills tactical completion of pending data queries and analysis in support of the ADP Organization. Key
Responsibilities: 1) Fulfill Input List Processing activities through the use of automated and manual processes. This includes the measurement of data and reporting of results 2) Systemically updates data elements as appropriate according to established procedures and guidelines 3) Process Business Unit data requests (i.e. CPA Data, Bank Data, Channel Requests, Acquisition Lists, etc.) 4) Perform tactical data cleansing activities such as de-duping 5) Execute merge-purge functions 6) Identifies potential data quality issues using data quality tools, documents case and notifies management 7) Assists the Data Management team with data cleansing and identification activities 8) Various undetermined tasks associated w/ eventual strategic direction of sales data 9) Manage, execute and review daily, weekly and monthly data processing events 10) Draft, edit and document data quality business rules for use by developers or those extracting data or preparing reports from enterprise databases. Location: Locations tend to be in BU or ES HQ / Varies Compensation Structure: Base Salary Quota Bearing: No Current Grade: U 26
Experience: 1-2 years experience in a Data Processing, Sales Technology or similar role. Experiences with Relational Data Bases. Experience with automated data cleansing tools. Knowledge:Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically Strong problem solving skills Good oral and written communication skills Commitment to personal and team development Demonstrated ability to self-manage Demonstrated ability to influence and work in a large complex organization Proven proficiency in all MS Office applications including. Experience with Eloqua and/or Data Quality tools (e.g. Informatica, Trillium, IBM), is a plus

Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent in experience.
