Summary
Responsible for the financial analysis, customer data integrity and reporting support for the National Account book of business. Works with Director of National Account Operations as needed to ensure that National Account customer data in SAP matches contractual obligations as well as to analyze, review, interpret and report financial and operating information.
Responsibilities
Financial and Operating Reports - Prepare and review monthly finance and operational reports. Trend analyses are created and reviewed with key decision makers.
Customer Profitability and Economic Justification Analysis - Gather and analyze data from SAP Business Intelligence and other sources to determine the profitability of potential and existing customers.
Master Data and Customer Contracts - Proactively addresses current national account customer master data deficiencies to ensure there is consistency through all respective customer data for correct delivery, pricing and billing requirements.
Region and Project Trend Reporting - Create and update monthly region/project trend reports. Work with the Manager of Financial Analysis to integrate data in consolidated forecasts and budgets.
Budget Preparation - Assist in the annual fiscal budget preparation. Use technical skills to create dynamic and flexible planning tools. Analyze trends and make recommendations.
Capital Management - Works with management and project managers in managing the level of capital spend and tracks the progress and cost of capital projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
3-5 years of financial or accounting experience required with at least 1-2 years of financial analysis experience
Financial modeling experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced level MS Excel skills are required with ability to manipulate large amounts of information
