Requirements:
Able to answer physician questions concerning patient reports
Must be familiar with transferring telephone calls
High School Diploma/GED
1
year ofreceptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Must maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
Familiar with medical terminology
