We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a F&B Supervisor Celebrity Grill. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Your daily responsibilities include:
Assigns and ensures the completion of cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
Identifies and corrects any below standard food, sanitation or safety condition.
Ensure that all stations are properly maintained.
Trains, schedules, evaluate, and prepare performance appraisals for respective shift.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or cast members of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Basic computer skills.
Serve safe certified. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
Knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and the ability to identify temperature danger zones. Good communication and motivational skills necessary.
While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is frequently required to talk or hear and taste or smell. The cast member is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
