Job Details:
SKILLS/
Experience: Troubleshooting various software and hardware systems via phone.
Remotely Recording Classes on DVD. Documenting customer interactions and creating trouble tickets. Assisting walk in traffic with same issues as above
OS: Windows (Intermediate level) - needs to be familiar with standard windows operations and troubleshooting, OS X (Beginner level) - Able to aid in basic Apple OS operation, Navigation
HARDWARE: PC and peripherals (intermediate level) - Assist in operation and troubleshooting of peripherals like keyboard, mouse, web cam/speaker. Printers (beginner level) - Troubleshoot basic printer malfunctions escalating as necessary
