Understanding of Active Directory and its function
Printer/print server troubleshooting,
Basic knowledge with email - primary address changes, alias updates, white listing, forwarding, DG changes or updates
Installing 3rd party applications on servers
Ability to troubleshoot space issues.
Top 3-5 must have skills:
