Leddy Group in the Salem area is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Position will answer incoming calls and inquiries, freight quotes, technical assistance, and extensive telephone communication regarding order status with customers and sales personnel. Position will also verify pricing on orders, order entry of customer purchase orders, and qualify and process sample requests.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a fast paced call center or equivalent experience, with a degree preferred. SAP and CRM experience is preferred.
